EU notes spike in flow of sanctioned goods to Russia from neighbouring countries

The European Union has seen an unusual increase in the flow of sanctioned goods reaching Russia through neighbouring countries and has called on them to explain this anomaly. So says Valdis Dombrovskis, the EU Commission’s Vice President.
