Latvian broker pleads guilty to illegally exporting U.S. aircraft technology to Russia

A Latvian national pleaded guilty for his role in a conspiracy to circumvent U.S. export laws and sell sophisticated avionics equipment to customers in Russia, including the Federal Security Service, without required licenses from the U.S. Department of Commerce.
