Pair charged with conspiring to export weapons to South Sudan

An Arizona court has charged two men with conspiring to buy and illegally export millions of dollars of weapons to South Sudan, including Stinger missile systems, hand grenades, sniper rifles, ammunition and other controlled items, in violation of export controls and a UN arms embargo.
